Božidar Pavlović

An electrical engineering and computing graduate, Božidar spent over two decades in banking with Intesa Sanpaolo, Nexi Group and Erste Group Bank AG, ultimately serving as CEO of Erste Group Card Processor, an international payment processing leader.

Drawing on this experience, he later served as COO of a global fintech startup Oradian and founded a boutique fintech consultancy, Jackie Agency. Alongside his corporate career, Božidar has been an active early-stage investor and a long-standing contributor to Croatia’s startup ecosystem. He has lectured at universities, mentored founders across multiple stages, and worked closely with startups during their growth journeys. Today, as a Partner at AYMO Ventures, he builds on this work by shaping and leading the development of AYMO’s accelerator program.
