Silvije Radišić

Silvije brings over two decades of experience in investment banking and corporate finance across Southeast Europe.

Silvije spent 15 years with UniCredit Group, where he rose to Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking at Zagrebačka banka, leading corporate finance, M&A and capital markets advisory services for the region. Prior to that, he served as Managing Director and President of the Management Board at Creditanstalt Investment Bank (CA IB) Croatia. Today, Silvije is Managing Partner at AYMO Ventures, shaping the fund's vision and strategic direction from the outset. The process of building the fund gave him a deeper appreciation for what it takes to create something from nothing - a challenge every founder faces. He works closely with portfolio companies on fundraising and scaling, drawing on his investment banking experience to guide them through successive funding rounds and toward successful exits.
